Scientists have long claimed that a worldwide extinction event 65 million years ago was caused by a catastrophic meteorite impact, but feminist research indicates that white privilege may have played a key role in the global catastrophe.

Dr. Pax Klein, a Non-Binary Studies professor at Wittmore University, held a student press conference on Monday to discuss her findings. “Cis-gendered white men continue to propagate the false narrative that race and discrimination had nothing to do with the Cretaceous-Paleogene extinction event,” she told the students.

According to Dr. Klein, fossil evidence indicates that systemic discrimination was widespread during the Triassic and Jurassic periods.

“Privileged dinosaurs like the Tyrannosaurus Rex monopolized all of the natural resources through brute force, much the way things are today,” Dr. Klein told a group of student reporters. “I imagine there was rather systemic oppression of minority dinosaurs.”

“The impact of trauma lowered reproduction rates and life expectancies, and that was the final nail in the coffin.”
